Our pricing is per person not per event. 3 available packs to choose from.
Our meat options are Asada, Pastor, Carnitas, Birria, Chicken and
Vegetarian options available (Calabazitas and bell peppers)

Our aguas frescas choices are Horchata, Lemonade, Melon, Jamaica and Watermelon 
Sides are spanish or white rice, and refried or whole pinto beans (Charros for an upcharge) Quesabirria Tacos additional $2.00

Package A
Two meat options $19 per person
• 4 Tacos per guest

Package B
Three meat options. $20 per person
• 4 Tacos and Two sides per guest

Package C
Four meat options and two flavors of Agua fresca. $21 per person
• 4 Tacos, Sides and Drink per guest.

• 3 ways of serving Directly from truck - $200
• Buffet Style with a table set up - $150
• Buffet Style if servers are needed - $27 per hour
• Servers going to guest table - $50 per hour
• $100 dollar deposit needed in case we needed to leave any of our equipment such as table, hot boxes, trays.
• If none of this is necessary that $100 dollars are given back
• $50 every 30 minutes if the event is outside Santa Fe
• Everything is cooked fresh in the moment! After we are done with event we clean up after us.
Please note: all our prices are plus tax.

• All packs include -Onion , cilantro, green salsa , red salsa , and limes
• Disposable plates, cups , spoons, and napkins, pitchers are provided if getting aguas frescas (If special plates or cups are wanted we can do that if customer provides them)
• Two hours of us straying in event serving • {From first guest and on)
• If two hours are over and not all your guest showed up, whatever food is left is yours••
Example: You bought food for 100 people and only 70 were served, you keep the amount of food left, we just don't serve any more, • If you would like us to stay and serve it is a cost of $150 for every additional hour
• Please note set up time is 1 - 1:30 hr prior to event starting time
• To book a date we require 50 percent of total amount payed on day of booking
• Additional 50 percent is payed one day ahead of event.
• We make contract and Invoice
• In case of cancelation money is none refundable
